Dear Friends,
On Tuesday, March 6th, Toll Brothers filed to appeal the Westtown Township Board of Supervisor’s decision with the Chester County Court of Common Pleas; here is the link to the appeal (the appeal is the first 20 pages, followed by the BOS’s written decision):
The oral argument will be open to the public; date, time and courtroom has yet to be determined. I will send out notification when I learn more. In addition, you may find updated information on the Westtown Township website and you may sign up for their listserv emails: www.westtownpa.org.
The appeal comes as no surprise to me. I hope all of you continue to keep faith that our efforts toward a better outcome, over the last year and a half, have not been in vain. Perhaps it has helped awaken many others to pay attention to what is happening in their own township, to speak up and be more involved.
I will leave you with a reminder and what happens to be a common quote in my own profession: “It ain’t over till the fat lady sings!”

No surprise as you say- I hope no one thinks that your GINORMOUS efforts or anyone else who got involved thinks it was in vain. I doubt seriously that people feel that way- we will just ride out another storm. Boots
