Dear Friends,
I am so grateful and proud of each and every one of you who took the time to write letters to the Chester County Commissioners and the Honorable Judge Tunnell to help spread awareness through massive public outcry. Good for you! Please keep it going- copy and mail the same letter 10 times if you can.
If you haven’t already, please mark your calendars for the fast approaching court date: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH, 1PM, COURTROOM #1.
A massive public presence on the 17th will make a statement in our favor.
In case you missed the latest letter campaign, here is the link to catch up, share and help bring attention to this very important case:
Friends, please do not give up. This is not over and we need to persevere. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. And by the way, this letter campaign is not meant to sway a judge. In fact, morally, I certainly hope it would not. We simply want the judge to interpret the law the same way the Westtown Township Board of Supervisors did and deny Toll Brother’s application for Conditional Use. Period.
Our mass of letters keep this issue fresh in the minds of our elected officials that may or may not be distracted by other things. It says without being spoken: We are present and we are paying attention. We care. We do not want this because it is unreasonable and unacceptable. Find a better solution.
Leave no stone unturned.
Sincerely,
Mindy Rhodes
