I would like to take this opportunity to share some incredible news in Chester County that I find inspiring and encouraging. To me, this is a great lesson never give up or stop trying and that anything can happen, even in the eleventh hour. Many of you may have heard of the settlement in West Bradford Township regarding the Embreeville site. After six years in litigation, the township and the developers (who are also the landowners) were able to come to a settlement agreement and the township was able to purchase over 200 acres of land, designated for open space. West Bradford Township was able to do this because they passed an open space referendum a few years ago. That funding, along with the help of the surrounding community and Chester County Commissioners, Kichline, Farrell and Cozzone, made this happen. I am eternally grateful and commend our County Commissioners, the West Bradford BOS and all others involved. Here is a link to the article: https://www.chesco.org/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=1021

Lastly, please remember this Tuesday, November 5th is election day. Please take the time to get out and vote. May the best person get the job… or keep the one they already have.

If not you, then who?

Sincerely,
Mindy Rhodes
