This is a reminder the 4th Planning Commission Meeting regarding Crebilly II will be held:
THIS COMING WEDNESDAY, November 20th, 7:30PM at the Westtown Township Building, 1039 Wilmington Pike, West Chester, PA .
The intention for this Wednesday’s Planning Commission Meeting (the PC) is to discuss and decide upon recommendations and/or conditions for the Board of Supervisors (the BOS) to consider. The PC is an advisory board to the BOS; the PC does not approve or disapprove applications. The BOS will approve or disapprove the Crebilly II application after the Conditional Use Hearings which begin WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18TH.
Traffic Consultant Al Federico will also be available for questions this Wednesday night, November 20th.

Dear Mr. Serock,
The 11/19 BOS Conditional Use Hearing (and Party Status) has been postponed to 12/18. The PC meeting on 11/20 is firm, according to the Westtown Township listerv, and will be held at the township building instead of Stetson Middle School. There have been many meeting changes so I will continue to send out notifications to help clarify.
