Dear Friends,
This is a reminder, the next Crebilly II/Toll Brothers Conditional Use Hearing will be held virtually, via Zoom:
THIS COMING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5TH AT 7PM.
Those with Party Status are especially urged to tune into Wednesday’s hearing. You will be able to ask questions/offer testimony during public comment. Note to all, you do not need to have Party Status or a Zoom account in order to access the hearing online. Any and all members of the public may access online or listen by phone. Just like any previous hearings or meetings, public attendance, even virtually, is imperative.
Here are the very simple steps to follow in order to Zoom:
1) Click this link to go to access the zoom hearing: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85183263241
2) Click the box that says: Open Zoom Meetings
3) Enter the meeting password: 726318
4) Click on the blue box that says: Join Meeting
You will be prompted to enter your name at some point. Go ahead and do that. A window will open on your computer screen where you will be able to view the hearing (you may need to click on your own sound icon or video icon in the window). I recommend you plan to hook into zoom about 15 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. If you try to join zoom too early and are unsuccessful, it may be because the township has not logged in yet. Just wait five minutes or so and try again.
For those who would like to listen by phone only and not use a computer, follow the steps below:
1) Dial this number: 1-646-558-8656
2) When prompted, enter the meeting ID#: 851 8326 3241
The above information may also be found in the link below from Patrick McKenna, Solicitor to the Westtown Township Board of Supervisors:
For those intimidated by technology, I promise you, if I can figure out how to zoom, so can anyone. For some reason this reminded me of learning to drive stick-shift on the steep hills of the Pali on the island of Maui when I was about 23 years old. I fell in love with a very sporty ‘Maui Cruiser,’ an adorable black Toyota pick-up truck with a white cab. I just had to learn how to drive it- and I did. (Zoom much easier).
Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I will follow up once more prior to Wednesday’s hearing.
Sincerely,
Mindy Rhodes
