Dear Friends,
Thank you for your support and attendance at last Monday night’s meeting regarding the question/answer session, over the referendum, hosted by Westtown Township with Natural Lands. I thought it was a great turn out and I was happy to see Westtown residents taking advantage of the opportunity to get the facts and their questions answered. Thank you, again, to the Robinson family for this once in a lifetime opportunity to preserve their magnificent farm. And thank you, Board of Supervisors, for unanimously voting YES! to the agreement of sale with the Robinsons and the plan for preservation of Crebilly Farm. This could not happen without board supervisors: Tom Foster, Scott Yaw and Richard Pomerantz, voting YES!
*TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH IS VOTING DAY! Please Vote Yes! to the referendum.
A vote against preservation is a vote for development and not voting at all is the same as voting ‘no’ to the referendum.
*In the link below is a sample ballot which includes the referendum; Westtown Township begins on page 197:

*The ‘Vote Yes!’ group is still looking for some volunteers to help pass out literature and help at the polls, Tuesday, November 8th. You do not need to be a Westtown resident to help. For more information, email: voteyes2crebilly@gmail.com or visit www.VoteYesCrebilly.com.
The plans on the table from Westtown Township and Natural Lands, which include passing the referendum November 8th, is the one and only opportunity to preserve Crebilly Farm in perpetuity. If this does not happen, Crebilly Farm will be developed and Westtown residents will end up paying even more in taxes because developments cost townships more money than open space. That is a fact; that is the truth. This is a no-brainer. Westtown residents want their tax increase to fund gorgeous, historic open space, not another congested subdivision. Please take the time to go to the polls November 8th and VOTE YES! in order to permanently preserve the iconic land of Crebilly Farm and our American History. Be a hero by making the commitment to leave future generations with this invaluable gift.
If not you, then who?
Sincerely,
Mindy Rhodes
