12/4/16
Dear Friends,
Couple reminders:
1) Next Westtown Township Board of Supervisors Meeting is tomorrow night, Monday 12/5, 7:30 at the township building on 202.
The link below is a report made by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission back in 2008. Some pages to look at: 29/30, 48/49, 50 and 73. Crebilly Farm is specifically mentioned in those pages. This is a great example of what I mean when I say the Westtown Township BOS is disturbingly passive:

It is my hope that a Westtown Township Resident will address the BOS during non-agenda comments tomorrow night and put some heat on them. I want the Westtown Township BOS to hold Toll Brothers to the highest standards allowable and I do not believe they will do so without some serious pressure from residents.
2) Next Planning Commission meeting with Toll is scheduled for Thursday, December 15th, 6:30 at Stetson Middle School.
Again, there are 405 seats in that auditorium and they all need to be filled- it does not matter what township you live in. I realize this is an especially busy time of year for everyone. If I had to guess, I would say it is no accident that Toll submitted plans requiring Planning Commission meetings over the holiday season counting on little or no attendance from the public. In a recent article by Phil Heron of the DE County Daily Times, he wrote the following with regards to Beaver Valley:
“It’s a win for all those who were outraged at the possibility of losing this gorgeous tract, of really and truly seeing ‘Paradise Lost.” It’s a win for the people who bonded together into a group called Save the Valley, who packed local town meetings and held their officials feet to the fire to get this done.”
If not you, then who?
Thank you,
Mindy
