Dear Friends,
A reminder the next Planning Commission meeting is this Tuesday, January 24th, 6:30PM at Rustin High School. Subject matter for the upcoming meeting will be planning, engineering/storm water management and fiscal impact.
The final PC meeting date, as of today, has not yet been confirmed. It will be either February 8th or 9th.
At this point in time, I believe nothing has more of an impact on the part of the public than good old-fashioned ‘sweat equity.’ ‘Showing up’ to these meetings gives us a voice in the planning process. ‘Not showing up’ will help give the developer what they want.
